Welcome back and congratulations on your 2 lb. loss! That's fantastic! I'm looking forward to a good workout this afternoon. There are some days where I really need to get on the treadmill and workout my stress!

Snack - click!
Lunch - protein drink
Snack - protein drink
Dinner - beef tenderloin w/veggies
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel

Good Morning All~
Great job Sally! I'm heading home today and then off to socialize with friends for a couple more days Tue-Thurs. I'm also really feeling the need for a mostly protein drink type day. Tomorrow is scale day and a after wonderful, unexpected St. Paddy's Day dinner party last night I'm going have to work hard today to not have it impact my loss this week :-).
Next challenge = the next visit this week.....
CARDIO - 45 min w/ intervals
B- Poached Egg, sd toast
S- Protein Drink
L- Protein Drink
S- Protein Drink
D- 3 oz Chicken

today my plan is to finish my homework for school and hit the treadmill for at least 15 minutes. My goal is to get back to the gym 3 days this week and start incoprating exercise back into my life.
Morning - eggs, spinach, ham scramble - it was so good.
Lunch - protein shake
Afternoon - string cheese
Dinner - not sure yet, thinking I might try a new receipe for salsbury steak and broccoli
Evening - protein drink
i hope everyone is enjoying their weekend. Its a nice weekend here in Arizona, sun is shining and its a nice day to get outside. So I hope to finish my homework soon.
