It's the weekend and I'm used to munching!!!! I'm about to die! I want something to munch on, but it'll do nothing but run my calories up! So far today I've had:
Carb Master Yogurt with 1 scoop of Whey Protein
1 package of protein chips
3 oz grilled chicken with a cup of spinach and a little cheese
I'm drinking crystal light like crazy, which isn't a bad thing. It's keeping me from eating all day! Haven't decided on what to do about dinner tonight. Maybe some fish!

I order them from bariatriceating.com. They are like little crunchy chips that are made out of soy protein. The ones I have are about 100 cals per bag with 7 gms of protein. The ones I have are apple cinnamon flavored and I have some that are jalopeno- cheddar flavored. They are an aqcuired taste though.

I don't know what's going on with me. I haven't been eating properly. I feel icky and fat and bloated.
Does anyone have a good veggy dip? The ones I've tried aren't very good. I don't like anything made with ff sour cream. Low fat is better but the fat free is just awful. Ive tried some with plain yogurt too, they seem as bad as the fat free ones.
