HCG Drops, Has anyone tried them?
I am looking into the HCG drops. Has anyone tried them? I would think keeping the calories down would be easiest with the lap band.
Does anyone know someone who has tried it? I appreciate any input you can give.
I think if I could get a boost, I could get past the stump I am in.

That is where my problem is. When I google, there is both positive and negative information out there from a variety of sources. I am hoping that my support team might have some experience with it.
Another question I have is if they work with a higher calorie diet, such as 800 calories. That 500 calories concerns me in that I have to work and am taking school classes and my brain has to be fed to work well.
If 800 calories was taken in, would there still be wt loss, maybe slower?

I was doing the injections last year and I was losing some weight. My problem is the program is very strict and I was non compliant. The list of foods you can eat is very very small. There are really no extras you can add to add flavor to your items.
No salad dressings, no ketchup, no mayo (even if fat free) no sour cream, no dips, no milk, no cheese, no peanut butter.
If you want to send me an email I will see if I can find the list of foods that you are allowed. My problem is I still do not care for veggies much and so I was finding myself eating the same two or three every day. Do i think the plan would have worked, sure but I needed more variety. I needed to be able to flavor my foods.
