Under all those clothes, it was still there!!!!

I found my elliptical machine !!

It was still under all the clothes and pillows that had been thrown on top it. It is amazing how excercise equiptment can accumulate so much.   What's more, after I found it, I used it !!!

It was the first time in over a year I used it. I walked the dog last night and felt so good when I woke up that I searched in that corner of my bedroom for the machine.   I am on vacation this week. Last time I got excercising was on my last vacation in 12-09. I will have to explain to my husband why it is important for me to remain on a perminent vacation.

I am sore and feel good.

Thank you everyone, I read through all the posts, rarely will add something but am always taking in information and motivation.

What a great group BOT is.

Good for you!!!    I think that we all use them as clothes hangers!  Keep up the good work!

Thanks, I bought it @ 8 yrs ago but refuse to get rid of it in times of not using it. I like to know that when I want to use it, I can.  Like the band, It is always there for me.

I takes ~3 wks to develop/change the brain's neuro-pathways necessary to form  a new habit (or break one!). I find that so true with my exercise - not only does it become a habit - I actually crave it and REALLY notice/miss it if I have to miss a day!  It is my ultimate stress reliever and makes my water consumption easy to do (not to mention that it is the key to my ability to drop inches and weight!!).

Good luck with building/rebuilding the exercise habit!

Colleen :-)
