Good Friday morning!
Friday is finally here.  Since Wednesday, I have thought that it was Friday, don't know why.  I'll be working out later this afternoon.  My food plan:
Breakfast - Fage
Snack - protein drink
Lunch - protein drink
Snack - protein drink
Dinner - cheese quesidilla w/ff beans
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel

Good morning Deb and BOTT'ers!

YAY, I agree Friday is finally here. I completed my workouts this week and cardio. 6 days of kicking butt!! Today I did 30 minutes straight on the elliptical, a first in at least 2 years.

I can't believe it! Tomorrow is my weigh in at weigh****chers. I will have a loss since I had a gain last week.

It's a great BOTT day!

Take care and have a wonderful BOTT day. Kick some butt today.

Oh, yeah food plan:

B - cottage cheese 1/2 cup with fresh strawberries.

L - water packed tuna fish with mixed green salad.

D - tilapia filet with california blend vegetables.

S - Lite & Fit Dannon Blueberry Yogurt.

Good morning, everyone!!

I'm having a great morning so far, I feel good and I'm just utterly excited. We're taking in a pair of kitten boys in a few weeks! They are the latest and greatest addition to our home, little sweethearts. I wish I knew how to embed photos here in the forum, but until I learn, their pics are posted in my profile under Kitty Boys album. A pair of twin orange tiger kittens, currently about 5 weeks old. I pick them up in 2 weeks or so, when they're eating and using the litter. I'm just so excited, and my Lady cat will adore them.

Cardio - Track

Food -
B - Egg and cheese on light wheat toast
L - Salmon and bok choy (or a hoisin chicken wrap)
D - Chicken and steamed veg, or something else if I decide to celebrate

Happy Friday All!

Traveled to visit my Mom  yesterday afternoon and so far doing ok.... Food control is  excellent - just paying  close attention to the triggers.  Chose to have a couple glasses of wine yesterday and stayed w/i my calorie plan (plus got my protein in).  1 glass shy on my water but it was too close to bed time and I'm getting tired of my 4-5 trips up every nite after my bedtime tea.

Workout is the real struggle.... I'm away from my health club and the weather is'nt very walk friendly today. (raining)... missed yesterday's cardio too as I was traveling.  Brought my weights and resistance rope so will do some work there.

Today's Plan:

Cardio - Walk as much as I can or go climb the stairs!
Strength - 15 min of work with weights/resistance

B- Poached egg, slice of sourdough toast w/SMART Balance
L- Poached Chicken Tenders (taking them to the movie to deal with the popcorn that will be calling my name!)
S- Fresh Strawberries
D-Orange Chicken (from the eatingwelllivingthin.com website that Deb recommended!) and green salad
S- Glass of good Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc
