Hey BOTTers,

No one has started our 911 but I am because I need it!!

I'm still off balance some.  I wish I could pull it together because I feel so scattered with being on track.  Before I got so sick, I was "ON" but now I'm not so much. 

It is so strange how we can be so solid in being on track and then not able to find our track with a detailed road map - LOL.

I'll just continue to ride it out until I get the momentum back.  Thanks for listening/reading!

Hi Cathy,

I'm here for ya. I know how you feel. For me, it seems like the moment I see some progress (i.e. the scales move) I suddenly fall off track by "celebrating"... regain and resume feeling down. Its a nasty cycle!

I'm actually fighting this right now, my scale shows a loss of 2 lbs. I'm wondering if I was better off not getting on the scale at all. I promised I wouldn't celebrate, and I haven't as of yet. I'm just keeping on track and drinking my water and walking the track outside while the weather holds.

I hope you find your balance again soon!

Hi Cathy! My heart goes out to you and I know how you feel! I'm in there with you! It's taken me going back to my doc and seeing and hearing how much I had gained! Just keep trying and you'll get there. I've been BOT for 2 days now. My nutritionist recommends that I weigh every day because it'll keep me on track better. I have to say that it has helped going back to that and just going back to basics like journaling. I'm not crazy about the food I've been eating but i'm just going to eat it for now because it's good for me and i know that it will get me back on track eventually. I mixed my protein with Carb Master yogurt the other day which is something that I did when I was losing regularly. I loved it then! I had to choke it down the other day  but I will eventually develop my taste for the things that are good for me.

Hang in there! You've had a set back but you'll get there!

I feel ya. I did good most of the day.
B- 1/2c chicken with cheese
S-Unjury
L-Chicken Salad
S-Unjury
D- 2 oz of veggie burger
S- 1/2 of a steamed zucchini

I was up for 20 hours and working b/w two jobs which is why I ate so much! lol
