Good morning BOTTers!
I plan on being out early running a few errands in the rain.  At least, it's suppose to hit 60 today!  I'll be hitting the gym for my hour of cardio.  My food plan:
Breakfast - fage
Snack - protein drink
Lunch - protein drink
Snack - protein drink
Dinner - beef w/veggies
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel

Good morning Deb and fellow BOTT'ers!

I didn't hear about 60 degrees today. YAY!!!!

An hour of cardio is terrific Deb.

Today I did 25 minutes on the elliptical, upped by 5 minutes. Tomorrow is my workout.

B - egg beaters 1/4 cup with 1 slice FF cheddar cheese and slice of avocado.

L - 4 small soy meatballs with mixed green salad.

D - not sure yet.

S - Lite & Fit Dannon Yogurt - blueberry.

Vitamins and water for the day of course.

Good Morning Deb & BOTT Family,

I'm with you this morning Deb getting ready to run errands and enjoy the weather.  The rain is headed our way, and my knees are definitely feeling it.  I will get in some much needed cardio later today.

Exercise:
Stairs all day today
Weight training & Kick Boxing w/ Billy Blanks

Food Plan:
EM -  Chocolate Protein Shake
B -     Turkey Bacon & Spinach/PepperJack Cheese Omelet
S -     Chocolate Protein Shake
L -     Chocolate Protein Shake
D -     Grilled Salmon /w tossed salad LF Italian dressing
S -     Chocolate Protein Shake / Dannon Yogurt

Good Morning All~

Sounds rather balmy in the midwest :-)  It's only forecasted to be a high of 57 here in sunny Northern CA.

Oh happy days :-)  I'm feeling so good about my daily consistency and the results are rewarding me!  Another pound dropped!  Down 7 lbs since I started BOTT 15 days ago! 

Upping my exercise intensity is what works for me (after doing all the other stuff right :-) to get the scale moving. 

Also, staying aware and catching the feelings attached to an out of the blue craving has given me back my sense of control (and peace of mind!!!)over managing my mind's tricky storyteller.

So, more of the same routine and perhaps a little reward today (don't worry - nothing that goes in my mouth, LOL!

Today's plan

Cardio - 45 min w/ 25 min of 30 sec intensity intervals
Stretch - 15 min

B-Soy pb & fresh strawberry on Wasa
S-EAS Protein Drink
L-Albacore Tuna and salad 1/2
S-EAS Protein Drink
D-Albacore Tuna and salad 1/2
S - 3 Yummy fresh Strawberries

Did great yesterday. Today I am meeting a friend for lunch so will probalby have beef nachos and only eat a few of the nachos.

Plan to do 45 minutes cardio tonight and then also tonight is weight training.

B: Oatmeal
L: Beef Nachos
D: Baked fish with salad
S: Almonds
S: Cottage Cheese

So far, this is what I have:

Sf chocolate
Protein shake
 
Flax muffin
Fish/spinach
Carbmaster yogurt/whey crisps


SF Chocolates somehow found their way into my mouth this a.m., but it was not a majorer disaster. 

Not sure what i'll do for dinner.  Water instead of crystal light does seem to be making a difference.  Not sure if I'm sad or happy about that - a little of both.

Hello hello, BOTTers,

A little late posting today but that's alright, I've been quite busy! I've been so busy in fact, and did NOT bring a lunch today and have NOT gone to the cafeteria either. On the down side, I did eat a slice of pizza for lunch, but I plan on walk walk walking this afternoon to battle that, and all I have for a snack today is a protein shake, so I think this is going to work out okay today.
