I'm focusing on this 15lbs first, 5 lbs at a time, then I've got another 20 to go! If I can just get into the routine.................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The same routine I was in when I lost the first 100lbs.

Hi Janie,

That's the right way to do it - break your 15 pounds into smaller increments along with your 20.  You are so, so, so right - you did it before with the first 100 and YOU WILL DO IT AGAIN!!
