 Good Morning Everyone  

Well tomorrow is the day.  It will be one week tomorrow when I decided to try and lose some weight before my trip.  
I was thinking about being on a plane for 18 hours..  OMG    I am trying to imagine being 330 lbs and on a plane that long.  I would make sure I didn't drink waters so I didn't have to go in the bathrooms.  Was afraid of getting stuck.  I would sit with my arms crossed hoping not too much of me didn't hang over.   I bet you would end up in the hospital if you did those things on a long flight.  

When I flew for the first time after my weight lost I was amazed the tray, came down, I could be comfortable in a seat, move around and of course the seat belt.  No extender needed and I cold pull it tight.. Still try to avoid the bathrooms, those are just plain nasty

almonds
Salmon salad 1/2 
protein drink
other salad half
protein drink

Did some walking yesterday but need to hit the gym more...

You are doing great!!  When it gets tough, fast forward ahead 45 days and how awesome you'll feel!!

Keep up the great work, Kathy!!!  How fun to be able to look forward to a wonderful trip to that part of the world.  You should watch the movie, "Mama Mia" as often as you can for inspiration -- if memory serves, that was Greece...ssssoooo pretty!
