Sorry all for being MIA for the most of last week... I got my wisdom teeth pulled and then decided to go on the 5 day pouch test. For the most part it worked.. the pain meds played with my system a bit too much though and I want to try the pouch test again when I'm feeling better. I mostly did liquids all week and some soft protein bars. I waited to post until I knew it was 'for real' but I have lost 4 lbs!!! yaaaaay. :)
My water drinking is finally getting back on track and my protein is up as well. I'm feeling better now and I'm ready to keep going.
Breakfast- protein drink
22 oz water with vitamins
snack protein bar
22oz water
Lunch- 1 cup mashed up pot roast
snack-protein shake
22 oz water
Dinner- Turkey loin with veggies.
22 oz water
Exercise is going on a brisk walk today and walking around our town to do errands.
