Goal for BOTT

My goals will be the same as last week.  It is harder than I thought to get BOT, but I am going to do it.  Goal this week is to exercise 5 times for 20 minutes or more and to be very mindful of grazing.  Think positive, have a good week everyone and take it "one day at a time."

Great goal! I need to be thinking of some goals for me this week. One of my goals is to journal my food.....every bite that goes in my mouth! I journaled my food over the weekend! OMG I did terrible mainly because I'm the picker. Got some SF gum and gonna start chewing!!!! Need to add an exercise goal in but I'm working Tues, Wed and Thurs night. I don't think I could stick to anything this week exercise wise. OMG I'm hoping to go to dayshift the last week of March. Hopefully I'll find out today!

Sorry for the rattling on! I've just got so much on my mind this morning! I have my work eval today!
Always makes me nervous! I hate evals!

Thanks for listening today!

Hi Molly,

Those are great goals.  They are substantive yet very realistic.  You used the SMART method in creating these goals.  SMART goals certainly have a higher probabilty for success.  SMART is:
S=Specific,
M=Measureable
A=Attainable
R=Realistic
T=Set a time (this week)!

BOTT POWER to you!
