Good Morning BOTT Family,

Most of the snow is melted and its going to be in the lower to mid 50's in this neck of the woods.
Spring is definitely around the corner and its almost time to shed those coats and baggy clothes we've been wearing for the winter.  Me, I'm looking forward to buying some new items and rebuilding my wardrobe.

I think I'll hit the trail today with my ****er spaniel...she's also put on a few pounds over the winter and with the snow keeping us from her routine.

What are your plans for the day and/or for the week?  Time to get "Back On Track."

Walk w/ Ms/ Duchess
Treadmill
