WHAT A...

Saw my surgeon yesterday afternoon for a check-up and because I always feel so good after I meet with him - he gives me lots of praise!!!!!

HERE IT IS:

I've reached 100% of my goal (according to Dr. Lord that's kind of unusal for any procedure and especially so for us lapbanders)  Which means I've lost exactly one of me - Weighed 110 and lost 110.  Now bear in mind that that was with my clothes on (minus my shoes) and we all know that no self-respecting formerly fat person is EVER going to weigh at home with their clothes on LOL

I'm suprised I weighed anything this morning (I weighed the same as I did yesterday!) for I'm still walking on air.

Guess what - I'm having a terrifically wonderful day

Did you say you weighted 110 with clothes?  Holy cow that is my dream goal.  YOU ROCK

Well, Kathy - have no doubts - if I can do it ANYONE can do it and you're off and running  in that direction!!!!!   Needless to say, I'm pretty excited - "pretty excited" is actually the understatement of the century LOL
