Hey all, just checking in! 
I'm BOTT just having problems remembering to write down my food!

I'm really tired. This night shift thing is really gettting on my nerves. But I don't have too much longer till I go on day shift. Hopefully I can get into a routine. Including exercise!!!!

But I'm doing better with my eating and I'm getting my vits in and that's a big plus for me! 

I want to get below 200 before I go see my surgeon for my yearly. He'll have a "cow" if I walk in over 200 lbs. I've lost 7 lbs so far. It's slow coming off but at least it's coming off. The vanilla wafers aren't such a temptation anymore. I might eat 5 or 6 but that's it. A much better thing than eating a big cupful!

Glad to see that everyone is having a BOTT day!

I did well today.  Had turkey for dinner rather than chicken, though and one small SF Hershey's miniature dark chocolate.  My exercise ended up being a bike ride, although it was beautiful adn sunny, it was still COLD.  Brrrr....
