You know, the first day I wore them all day I was thinking there was no difference...that is, until I sat down to do some work on the computer for awhile...after I was done, I stood up and started walking and wow...did I notice it! I could feel how tight the muscles in my legs were. It didn't hurt, but I could tell things were different if that makes sense. Today is the second day of wearing them all day, so it will be interesting to see if I notice it again.
I have to say, I thought I would have a harder time adjusting to them, but really haven't had any problem. They are actually pretty comfy....what do you think?

I find them comfortable - the adjustment I had to make when I began wearing them was not to fall over on my nose when I bent over to pick something up LOL I had been wearing Easy Spirits and they were causing calluses on the bottom of my feet. The Reeboc's don''t. So like them for that reason if nothing else. I like them - just not sure what they are doing for my muscles - but figure they can't hurt!
I have danskin fittness sneakers and I love them. I wore them the on Saturday all day and went shopping at the mall for 2 hours at the end of the day my legs were killing me. I have gone shopping before this for even longer without these shoes and this was the first time I experienced this. I love them. It took some time getting use to walking but I can feel a difference.
OK here is mine for yesterday and today. I am deffently BACK ON TRACK.
