Friday Cardio/Cafe
O.K. Botters, it's 9:30, where is everyone?
I'm on my way out the door and wanted to get today's post in writing. I plan on hitting the gym this afternoon. I noticed something yesterday while exercising. After my 60 min. of cardio, I was sweating like a pig,(yeahh, eyebrows!) I was looking around and there was not one woman sweating! Everyone's make up and hair looked great! I told my husband to look around today and see if he noticed it. Just an observation... My food plan:
Breakfast - fage
Snack - protein drink
Lunch - protein drink
Snack - protein drink
Dinner - cheese wrapped in low carb tortilla
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel

36 lbs from goal!
Well, another day to being a slave to paper work.
Won't take time to post my food, but just wanted to touch base with every one and affirm that if I can reach 100% of my goal weight and lose one of me (weigh 110 have lost 110) then ANYONE can do it.
WE CAN DO THIS TOGETHER - YES WE CAN

Good afternoon!
Today is my day to take a break on the exercise -- BUT I am walking around in my Reebok Easytones -- so hopefully they are working my legs and glutes!
Food:
B: Power Crunch Protein bar
L: Soup and 1/3 mixed cheese quesadilla
S: Protein shake
D: Greek yogurt with some homemade low fat granola
S: Protein pudding pie
