Okay,
so I started eating healthier (limiting carbs and being mindful of calories) and have been hitting the gym early in the a.m.
Started out at 145 lbs, down to 141 lbs!!! That's 4 pounds in a few days. I'm actually eating, not starving myself, but showing self control when it comes to pastries or donuts! Filling up on protein, veggies, and some reduced fat dairy. I feel good about this.
Someone at work asked me if I had lost weight, she said my face seemed less fuller. Better than at the beginning of the week, when someone asked if I was putting back the weight!!

I'm trying to be mindful of my calories as well, its hard for me to give up all those bad habits I picked up again since surgery but I know I need to do it. So I have been cleaning out the pantry and the fridge.
I have some tubs of protein powder in the pantry now where the sweets, and snacks were. So I am moving in the right direction. I'm excited to start my journey again and show everyone i can do this and not just everyone else but show myself I can do it too!
