Well it is already afternoon here!  Better late then never.

I had my annual visit to my PCP today for my surgery blood work and physical.  I really dreaded it because he has always been down on me over my weight and never seemed to comment on my loss from surgery.  I thought because I will be 3 years out and still not a normal BMI he would be preachy.  NOT!  He was very complimentary and told me to stop being so hard on myself.  He thought if I could just not gain ANY weight I would be fine.  I told him I had no intentions to gain even an ounce but that I wanted to loose an additional 50 lbs.  After 4 vials of blood I was able to get to Starbucks for my morning coffee.   It has taken this long to get rid of my headache (due to coffee addiction) and eat some breakfast.

My plan for today is as follows:

Try to be kinder to myself
Drink more plain water
climb those stairs a few more times a day

1.  low fat cheese and one Dr. Cracker
2.  chicken soup and small protein bar
3.  protein shake w/bananas and soy milk
4.  chicken wings
5. Protein shake w/soy

Well, I did 30 minutes on tread climber today and then weight lifting for around an hour with a trainer.  Meals so far have been good other than pretzel snack.

B: Luna Bar
S: Oatmeal
L: Instant Breakfast with milk
S: Pretzels and almonds
D: Pork steak with salad
S: ?  Try not to eat after supper but if it becomes something I can't control will have a protein drink.
