Hello, I am just posting to let you all know I probably won't post much over the next week since I will be on Vacation.  We will have a pc with us but I'm not sure that I will spend much time on it, expecting to be busy in the warm weather !

I will try to stay as close to program as possible and when I get back I will be jumping on the wagon for sure!

Kathy S.  STAY BOTT ! !!   You can do it, all of you can, we just need to set our minds to it !

Have a safe week !

Good Morning BOTT Family,

Hi Deb, I'm like you the sun does seem to breathe new life into us, and with the snow finally melting I truly hope spring will bounce right on in!  Sally enjoy your vacation and if you can manage push a little of that warm weather back our way.

I was really on top of my game yesterday.  My eating was great, I didn't get in the exercise that I wanted because of the call volume, but what I did do made me feel like I was BOTT!  I have managed to lose 3lbs. so far this week and today is only Thursday!

Good News!  I have found a NEW JOB, and once the background check and the drug screening is done, I will receive my offer letter.  I am feeling much better about my cir****tances and feeling like myself.  Being stressed and depressed has a different life all its own.

My plans for today:

Exercise:
Weight training 45mins (finally)
Brisk walk in park w/ the dog 20mins
Treadmill 30mins

Food:
EM -  Chocolate Protein Shake
B -     Chocolate Protein Shake & Herbal Tea
S -     Chocolate Protein Shake
L -     Tuna w/ tossed salad LF Italian dressing
D -     Salmon w/ green beans
S -     Chocolate Protein Shake

Calories 857  Fat 25.8g  Fiber 11g  Carbs 28.3g  Protein 128.8g

Have a Great BOTT Day!

Am doing well.  More later

Yesterday I made it through my second day back on track since my last "episode".  Today, my plan is:

M1: Protein shake

M2: Carbmaster yogurt/whey crisps

M3: Beans/Ostrim

M4: Carbmaster yogurt/Veggies (brocolli/carrots)

M5: Chicken/veggie or Beans

M:6 Protein shake

Dinner is subject to change since I may just eat beans if I'm lazy or cook the chicken if I need something more filling.

Vitamins: yes
Fluids: started - trying to drink plain water for 64 ounces at least since I'm not sure the crystal light isn't setting off cravings
Exercise: walking

Does anyone know how to calculate the calories in sprouted chick peas? I've googled and can't find anything definitive, but I know from sprouting mung beans, the calories are generally a lot less.  Last night I ended up having sirloin burger on a thin whole wheat roll with lettuce and tomato and Miracle Whip Light.  Snack was a protein bar instead of a shake.

Morning all!

I got some good news yesterday about my job, and I'm hoping to hear more today. I'm not going to even put it into writting because I don't want to jynx it or get my hopes up. Otherwise, I'm doing a great job, more or less, BOTTing. I've started taking shakes at breakfast and lunch and eating salads, which is satisfying to me because I like salad alot. I have the occassional soup as a treat, but I'm doing good and feel good about it.

Cardio - Walk the walk

Food -
B - Egg and cheese on light wheat toast
S - Protein shake
L - Protein shake, possibly some soup
S - Salad
D - Left over stuffed pepper
