Congrats!

My motivation today is to stay on track. I need to stay up a little later then usual tonight so I can pick up the hubs from the airport. He'll be home visitoing for midtour this month. I'm a happy and excited lady.

Wishing you an awesome home visit with Hubby!

I like your goal - finding your balance .... I was happiest at 133-135 - that's my goal!

Surgery would definitely be a big motivator.  Good for you!  I hope I get that opportunity some day.

My motivation is to get out of the obese category.  I've been here, with the exception of two previous weight loss efforts in my twenties, pretty much since I was 16 years old.  I'm 45 now.

Motivation for me today was not being stressed out or depressed.  No staying from my eating plan not even a little bit and knowing tomorrow I can do the same thing all over again.

From one who is struggling to stay on track and get back to where I want to be ... thank you all for sharing! I hope more board members do as well!!

Here's to staying motivated, finding balance ... and loving our lives!

HUGS to ALL!

My motivation is proving all my naysayers wrong. People said all along that gastric bypass doesn't work and everyone gains their weight back.
I refuse to claim this.

I'm with ya, my friend!  I am a firm believer in gastric bypass ... it was the right choice for me. I will talk to anyone considering WLS about the pros and cons .... and suggest they learn all they can before making the decision.  It is, as we all know, a huge commitment to our future health.
