Daily or weekly weigh ins? - Your thoughts please. Thanks
I do better daily - the minute I stop weighing daily it's usually for a reason, and that is because I'm not doing what I should be and don't want to see the numbers. If I see it go up one day I can adjust that day rather than leaving it til it's a bigger number. It's too easy for me to hide from reality if I don't weight daily
