Daily or weekly weigh ins? - Your thoughts please. Thanks

Just want to know how many have success with daily weigh ins.  I tried weekly and daily and I am going back to daily.  I think this works best for me and when I was weighing daily I maintained my weight better. Thanks in advance for any responses.

There'll be as many opinions on this as there will be responses!  But I'm with you ... If I don't weigh in daily, I get into trouble.  Daily weigh-ins keep me accountable to myself.

I do better with daily weights.  It keeps me in line food wise.  If I see the numbers on the scale I am more motivated to stay on plan foodwise and also to exercise.

I do better daily - the minute I stop weighing daily it's usually for a reason, and that is because I'm not doing what I should be and don't want to see the numbers.  If I see it go up one day I can adjust that day rather than leaving it til it's a bigger number.  It's too easy for me to hide from reality if I don't weight daily

Definitely daily, you have a better chance of tracking those pesky pounds from creeping back! Plus, it's nice to see immediately when you lose a lb, immediate gratification!!

Daily!! Sometimes, even multiple times a day just to annoy myself.
