Tired of plain yogurt

Anyone ever try plain yogurt flavored with a sprinkle of  sugar free jello to flavor it?  I just put lime jello in the plain yogurt and a splash of vanilla s/f syrup... omg better than yoplait keylime pie!  I am going to try all sorts of flavors. Way less carbs and no weird after taste.

Great idea!  I need to start eating that myself.

Clueless about weight loss and weight loss surgery of any kind.

Isn't it fantastic!!!  I'm addicted to Fage.  Every morning I have it with Splenda brown sugar and sometimes a 1/4 c. Kashi Go Lean.  In the evening, it's Fage w/some type of sugar free syrup or sprinkled with jello or honey.  What a treat!

I, too, love the Fage total 0% yogurt with sf syrups.  It's fun experimenting with the different flavors.  One of my favorites is sf peanut butter syprup and 1 TBS PB2 powder mixed together and let flavors blend overnight.

I have not tried the jello, but it sounds like a great idea!

My new thing it to mix 4 oz of Fage with about 1/3 a scoop of cappacino protein, 1/3 scoop chocolate protein, a tsp of cocoa, and about a Tbs or so of s/f cramel syrup.  TO DIE FOR!!!!!  Almost like Tirimisu.

I also like Fage mixed with banana protein and fresh blueberries, somethimes with granola.  Also berry flavored protein and granola.

The possibilities are endless!!!!!

Tell someone that you love them!

Sounds yummy! I have tried SF pudding and syrup, but not the jello, I will have to try this.

All great ideas!  I use Chobani plain nonfat greek yogurt and add a TB of sugar free Smuckers jam, sometimes also adding a TB of low fat peanut butter!  YUMMY...Also, peanut butter and a quirt of hershey's SF syrup...doesn't get any better!  I have tried the greek yogurt with savory things, like salsa, or french onion dip, but I didn't care for that.  I have a terrible sweet tooth and this stuff with some of the SF sweet options satisfies my cravings!
