Back On Track Together

Well spring is in the air here in Maine..I have joined move & improve thru our school distric. I have also started walking two miles a day again..I feel so much better about myself when I walk..Back on track of paying attention to the food I eat.. I have gain 10lbs but feel great.. summer coming back on track get out side get fresh air no more sitting playing farm town .....have great day
