Hello BOTT Family,

Finally getting out of my slump and starting to feel like myself again.?Thanks for all the PM's and words of encouragement?I have received they really helped a lot. ?I decided I'd better show my face and?make myself accountable!

Exercise:
Forgot my sneaks tonight so I'm going to do the stairs here at work.

L -    Sliced Roasted Chicken w/ tossed salad LF Italian dressing
S -    Chocolate Protein Shake
D -    Grilled Salmon w/ Garlic Spinach
S -    Chocolate Protein Shake

Calories 951  Fat 34g  Fiber 9.8g  Carbs 36.8g  Protein 127.5g

Back in bed again today :(  I will be So darn glad when I'm over this flu....

What I ate

Yogurt and Cheerios (twice)
2 hard boiled eggs
Jimmy Dean Omlette

Lots of water

I'm sick of being sick.  Really.
