Good morning!  Grin Today is my 2nd day of starting over after a meltdown on Monday of too many servings of carbs. They were all good carbs, but I'm supposed to have 1 serving and I had 4.

It's supposed to be up to the 50's by the weekend and I'm hoping the sun will shine.

Today, my plan is:

M1 Protein shake

M2 Flax muffin

M3 Blackened catfish with sauteed spinach (Weber Grill restaurant)

M4 Carbmaster yogurt/Ostrim

M5 Chicken breast/veggies

M6 Protein shake if needed or maybe yogurt

Vitamins: yes
Fluids: started
Exercise: walk at lunch time

Tried the Isopure Chocolate protein shake and really liked it this morning.  110 calories a scoop and 25 grams of protein and about 1 net carb.

That Blackened catfish w/sauteed spinach sounds really really yummy!  We don't have a Weber Grill restaurant though.   Darn!

That is a shame.  It was good.  I found that for me, fish seems to be really really filling and satisfying.

Well, the wisdom teeth came out without a hitch.. I'm in a bit of pain.. but I am also enjoying the vicodin.. ;)   Had 22 oz of water and my vitamins this morning before leaving for the dentist and when I got home I drank a protein shake.   I'm feeling a bit out of it..  But my goal today is to stay hydrated.

So my meal plan is pretty simple.. water, pain killers, protein shakes. LOL

I'm really liking the 5 day pouch test book, it's very encouraging.
