Today was much better. I limited my carbs, and ate healthier. Being prepared helps out so much. I bagged my snacks, had my water bottles, and prepared my lunch! I finally got a battery for my scale, was shocked when I got on! 145lbs!, That's 11 lbs more then my lowest, 134 lbs. So now I MUST do something to get BOTT! I'm planning to go to the gym early in the a.m. (6a.m.!). My goal is 137 lbs, thats 8 lbs, I CAN DO IT!!!!!

Jessie - You're off and running  in the right direction!!!!!   GOOD FOR YOU!!!!

For me, planning is the foundation, everything else I do to stay on track depends on me first planning.  you are doing great - keep it up and those 8 pounds will vanish - not as quick as you'd like maybe (if truth be told, we'd all like to be at goal overnight LOL) but vanish they will - along with any additional pounds you might like to shed.
