Hi BOTTers,

I'm always looking for new product "finds" to get a shot of variety and healthy food options to help me BOTT.

Please share your favorites, where you get them and preferably a website too.  You may find something in your local stores but not readily available everywhere but can be found online.

To start us off, here are a couple of my favorites:

Kernel Seasonings (aka No More Naked Popcorn).  I use for vegetables, meat and even cottage cheese!
www.kernelseasons.com/

Kay's Naturals (Cinnamon Toast Pretzels, Jalapeno Mustard Pretzels, White Cheddar Kruncheeze - YUM!)
www.kaysnaturals.com/

Thanks for sharing!!

As an avid coffee fan, I really like AchievOne for a protein suppliment, low cal drink and caffeine all rolled into one. www.achievOne.com.

Continuing with my java craze, I also love Click, a mocha protein beverage with espresso in it. www.drinkclick.com

One last enticing, interesting caffeinated protein snack, Perky Jerky. That's right, caffeine-infused beef jerkey.  How they do it, I don't know, but it has a light teriyaki flavor and 2 oz of jerkey gives you the buzz of 1-2 energy drinks! http://www.perkyjerky.com/home.php

On the non-caffeinated side, I reiterate my love for Brothers-All-Natural Fruit Crisps, the astronaught-like fruity snacks. http://www.brothersallnatural.com/

There's something about the Weigh****chers string cheese that is just so much better tasting than any other brand I've tried. http://www.weigh****chers.com/shop/categoryshowcase.aspx?pag eid=1071951&navid

Lastly, the McCormic Bag 'n; Season chicken and pork pouches. The chicken one is just especially good. http://www.mccormick.com/Products/Seasoning-Mixes/Chicken.as px

excuse my ignorance.. what is Fage?  I could have googled it I know.. but I thought it would be fun to ask you all here... thanks!

I like soy chips when I'm craving something crunchy.. but my favorite gen soy-soy chips are not around anymore.  :(      I also like Wasa Crackers in place of whole grain bread.  Half the cals and crunchy.. I used to put potato chips in my sandwiches and now I have my sandwiches on crackers.. :)

I'm sure you've already heard of these things.. but those are my favorites.

Fage is greek yogurt. Its much thicker than your normal yogurt, and comes in a variety of fat concentrations (2% - 0%), and also in several flavors, like honey, vanilla, etc... Many people like it better than yogurt, but I find it to be TOO thick. It works well for protein shakes, though. Its SUPER high in protein, as compared to normal yogurt.

Shakeira,
Fage is a little hard to find unless you live close to a Trader Joe's or Whole Foods.  There are other places that carry it but not in my neck of the woods.  It's also more expensive than the regular yogurt. I use it in the mornings with a little brown sugar splenda or for a special treat, I add 1/4 c. kashi go lean.  I have it in the evenings with some sugar free caramel.  I so spoiled that nothing comes close.

S - Don't know whether you have Publix groceries or not, but I buy mine there.  I like mixing it sf peanut butter syrup and 1 Tbs of PB2.  Also mix it with sf lime syrup and it comes very close to tasting like Key Lime pie.

My favorites - Just realized that my daily posting on C & C thread pretty much says it all.  I don't vary what I eat too much - because I'm sticking with my favorites.  I guess my favorite favorite is the Health Wise chocolate drink (I sell Health Wise foods - they're high in protein)  As to grocery store foods, Fage 0% mixed with lots of different sf syrup flavors, Nature's Path optimum hot oatmeal in blueberry and cranberry flavors (organic), I eat a lot of prunes - not so much because they are a favorite but because they help my elimination problem, then comes lobster, buffalo, crawfish tails, and Azalea Seafood Gumbo (frozen and without rice), Popchips original potato chips, and on and on and on.
