Good morning all (it's still AM in Northern California :-) ~
First thank you Deb and Happy for the encouragement and welcome yesterday. It all does make a difference.
CARDIO - 45 Min Bike w/ intervals (working up to getting back to Spin class)
STRENGTH - 15 Min in machines/weight
B- Kashi Go Lean, Dannon Lite & Fit & an Egg (hard boiled)
S- Protein Drink
L - Albacore Tuna on Romaine Lettuce & Red Onion
D - Veggie Soup and more Albacore w/Salad
Staying focused on doing the right things one day at a time (life by the yard is hard, life by the inch is a cinch LOL).

Hello all,
I have to make this quick because I'm going out for a long hike again today! If I keep this up, I'm sure the scale will move!
Yesturday I did pretty good with my water and stayed away from bad food choices. yaaay!
Today I'm going to do even better.
I'm going to the store today to buy some of the greek yogurt *fage* you all where talking about.. I'm excited to try it.
Breakfast I had 1 egg with a bit of string cheese and a small handfull of fruit, blueberrys, banana, grapes
22 oz of water and vitamins
Snack- 1/2 banana
lunch- wasa crackers with turky and swiss
22 oz of water
Dinner- chicken cooked in the crock pot all day with some steamed veggies.
