BOTT Cardio and Cafe-Tuesday
Good Morning Everyone!
Hope everyone had a GREAT day yesterday! Today is a new day and I am expecting to have a GREAT day today. We are moving on at work and working together to redistribute the work loads. It actually went much better than I thought possible yesterday, so I want more of the same for today.
I have taken to using the stairs more often so that I can count that as cardio since I haven't been successful in planning it into my day.
There is snow predicted for our area tonight and in the morning. We have had a longer and colder winter than usual for our area this year. I know some of you have been neck deep in snow, but we usually have a mild winter here. I need SUN and WARMTH.
My food plan today is a little unstructured. I will do my very best to stay BOTT
1. Muscle Milk n Oats/splash of Soy
2. cheese stick and cantelope
3. Eggplant parm.
4. Protein/Soy and Strawberry shake
5. TBD

It's a great feeling when things flow smoothly.
Our weather reports this morning say that the temperature will hit the 50's this weekend! Time to open the windows and get rid of the stale air, I'm so excited! I've been hitting the gym 6-7 times a week, it feels so good. My food plan:
Breakfast - Fage
Snack - Protein drink
Lunch - Protein drink
Snack - Protein drink
Dinner - chili
Snack - Fage w/s.f. caramel

Good Morning BOTT Family,
Yes it is a great day, a good day. We're suppose to see a slight hint of the storm that's going to hit the Carolina's, but in the form of a little snow mixed with rain. The warm weather is finally starting to appear and with most of the snow melted I've decided to take the dog out to the park this morning.
Was up early this morning raring to go and motivated to get to the personal trainer for a good tense workout...he called and as usual, canceled. Pulled out the weights, and dusted off the treadmill, and my Total Fitness Gym. Looks like the trainer will be losing a client. I didn't go to work last night so I'm well rested and ready to GO!
My Goals and Plans for today:

B - Turkey Bacon w/ Spinach/Peppr Jack Cheese Omelet

D - Grilled Tilapia w/ Garlic Spinach

B - Isopure Peanut Butter Cookie protein drink.
L - Isopure Peanut Butter Cookie protein drink.
D - Not sure - maybe veg chili.
Vitamins and 6 glasses of water.
Elliptical did already 15 minutes this morning and will finish the last 5 minutes after work.
Tomorrow will be meeting a fitness trainer to see if this is something I want to do. Need to kick up some arse big time, as I have a trip to Austria in 109 days!!

It's Tuesday which means 3 more days until FRIDAY which means 6 more days until my middle/tummy surgery. I'm not quite as excited as I was for my thigh surgery for I have a bit more realistic expectation of what the results will be - less than perfect but a whale of a lot better than before. I'll settle for that since I have no modeling ambitions LOL
