BOTT - Monday, Cafe & Cardio
I'll be up early all week, my co-worker is out all week and I need to cover his shift AND my shift, but hey, its extra cash in my pocket. Makes for a long day, though. Saddly, it means no morning gym for me this week, and I'll have to suppliment somehow.
Going to see Avatar tonight. I'm kind of excited about it, too. I've been waiting for it to slow down and avoid the rat race of trying to see it with a huge crowd. I haven't been to an IMAX 3D experience in a while too. It should be very fun.

S - Brothers All Natural strawberry/Banana crisps (These are awesome, product review post to follow)
L - Salad, grilled chix
S - Beef jerkey, Fiber one bar
D - Will be at the mall, may have some Indian at at kiosk

36 lbs from goal!
Hello Everyone!
This is the first I have been able to get on the PC since Friday afternoon. Everything that could have gone wrong, went wrong at work on Friday! It took the entire weekend for me to recoup so I could come back to work today. But today is a new day and everything is looking a little bit rosier.
I started the morning off with a hearty breakfast and had to substitute an new lunch (the original lean cuisine was nasty!) So the rest of today will be light to get me where I need to be nutritionally and calorie wise.
Cardio-walking the stairs several times today to get all employees on a re-distribution of duties.
B: Muscle Milk and Oats with a few walnuts and a splash of soy.
L: Bagel thin toasted w/white chocolate p-butter and sliced banana, chocolite protein bar
S: Click/chocolate Protein/Soy/PB2 shake
D: Vanilla Protein/Soy/Frozen strawberry shake

CARDIO: 45 MIN (20 min. bike/20 min treadmill/5 min elliptical)
B- Chicken 4 oz
S - Protein Drink
L - Salad with lettuce, onion, apple, and egg
D- Veggie soup w/ 1/2 c cottage cheese
S - Yogurt
