Hi BOTTers,

I'm taking another day off from exercising.  I have had such a difficult time getting better from this cruddy sinus infection and bronchitis that I am being very cautious and protective of feeling a wee bit better. 

Here's my food for today:

2 string cheese
Multigrain Rounds with chicken salad (chicken breast shredded, light Miracle Whip w/1 T. of relish)
Broccoli with Ranch seasoning
Strawberries (1 cup)
Blueberries (1 cup)
Tilapia w/green beans
Power Crunch bar

BOTT POWER to all of us!!!

Cathy,

I am curious what you keep your calories, carbs and protein at on average each day?  i'm trying to work my carbs back down to under 100 because obviously before joining this group I had fallen into some not so good habits, BUT I'm turning those around.

I hope you feel better as the week goes on.  Being sick is never fun and especially when you have to go to work and be around people.  I just dont have any energy typically.

Good Morning all, well I have been away for a few months and it shows. I have gained 7 lbs. What a roller coster ride. But today is a new day and I am going to get back on track. I just found out my daughter is scheduled to have surgery on July 8th. I am so happy for her.
