BOTT 911 - Friday Ramblings of a botter LOL

Thanks so much for your support, it means a lot to me.  I learned she had just gotten out of the hospital two weeks before after her 3rd ECT treatment.  Depression is so devestaing.  She is at peace now.

It isn't that I've never displeased a patient - of course I have.  But this is the first time one has ever filed a formal complaint.  Fortunately, I had two patients give me positive feedback Friday so that softened the blow a bit.

Happy to report I made it through the weeks completely on track!!!  

Happy, I am so sorry to hear about the death of your colleague.  Sometimes the people who seem the strongest are the ones that are hurting inside the most.  Both of my grandfathers attempted suicide several times.  Unfortunately my paternal grandfather succeeded.  It is so very sad when one feels there is no other options.

I'm so glad to hear that you have not turned to food for comfort.  That is a WOW in of itself.

I'm so thankful this site is here    I can't measure the value of having a place to come where I will be accepted and cared about.  Priceless!!!!!

You're right about the WOW !!!  I made it through the weekend staying on track too.   To be honest, I didn't know I had it in me    It's amazing what support does for one if we will only allow it.
