OK, it is the weekend but we still need to be accountable for what we eat, well, at least I do !

Todays agenda:

B - Protein Drink
S - Protein Drink
L - Tuna melt
S - almonds
D - Baked Cod & Salad
S - Pudding with protein added

Have a BOTT day everyone !

Hey Sally,

You are SO, SO RIGHT!!  It is the weekend but our bodies don't know the difference so we need to be accountable regardless of the day.

Here's mine:

Exercise - not yet as I'm still sick.

Swanson can (medium) chicken breast, light Miracle Whip, 1 T. pickle relish on thin Rounds multi-grain bread
Brocolli salad with raisins
Strawberries
Tilapia with green beans
Power Crunch bar

Sally and Botters,
I know that I need to be held accountable even more on the weekend.  I had a great workout this afternoon.  My food:
Breakfast - fage yogurt
Snack - protein drink
Lunch - protein drink
Snack - protein drink
Dinner - Chicken w/veggies
Snack - fage w/s.f. caramel
