Friday's Cafe and Cardio

There are several brands of sugar free pudding, I happen to have Jello brand today and it is the cheesecake flavor.  You can either add just a plain unflavored or vanilla flavored protein powder to it or in my case I added a chocolate, wasn't real happy with it, it needs more chocolate flavor.  Next time I might add some of the flavoring from d'vinci sugar free syrup I have on hand and the protein I use is Syntrax Nectar Chocolate Truffle.  You could use any brand or kind that you like.  I get the protein powder from Barix Clinic and the pudding is from most any grocery store.

Sally - Hope Florida doesn't give you unpleasant "cool" reception.  What part of Florida are you going to?  Panhandle?  If so, let me know and perhaps we could meet face-to-face if you'd like.

For a Michigander, cool is fine also, can't be as bad as here.  We will be going to The Villages to visit with my GF for a few days then down to West Palm Beach to see if MIL needs any work done around her place.  We go every year to her place to be sure everything is ok.  She is going to be 86 this year and lives alone so we go do any of the yearly maintenance that needs to be done.  Wish we had more time so I could come over to meet you!

Yes, cool is on a sliding scale - and it surely will be better than Michigan!

Sorry you won't be in my territory.  It would be fun to spend some time together - but that's life.  we'll just have to keep meeting here.

Hello everyone.  I'm new to BOTT, but since I've been having major emotional eating issues I figured I needed some extra motivation and seeing how others deal with sticking to the program can only help.

Everyone's programs seem to be a little different, so it is interesting to see the variations.

Happy Friday everyone.

Hello again... I love hearing what everyone here is eating.. it gives me lots of good ideas. :)

22 oz of water and vitamins

Breakfast-
home made Kashi breakfast muffin (sweetened with Agave syrup)
Medium Banana

I went shopping today and gave in a had bakery sample of 3 yogurt covered pretzels.. *sigh*  but at least I stopped at 3 and didn't buy a bag...

Lunch-
Turkey sausage link and a sliced apple

Snack- Protein drink

Dinner-  Leftover chicken from last night and some more salad

Today I am dealing with a major sweet tooth.  I know it's because I'm tired and need to drink more water... so I pray I stay the course and just drink water and rest... instead of turning to the chocolate!
