okay.. here goes nothing...

morning.. vitamins with 22 oz of water

Breakfast today was  1 egg, 1 stick string cheese low fat, and 1/2 cup protein kashi cereal and 1/4 cup 1% milk.

Snack-leftover nectar protein powder I found.. 22 oz with one scoop and a Tylenol to chase any headache if it arises.LOL

I need to go shopping.. I didn't realize till today how many bad choices I have around me.  Silly how far you can fall of course eh?

Lunch - half a sandwich.. organic whole wheat bread 1 slice, 2 slices fat free turkey breast, 1 half slice swiss cheese and a small apple cut up.

30 minutes later 22 oz of water

Snack- air popped popcorn mixed with a small handful of dried cranberries- 1 cup

Right before dinner 22 oz of water

Dinner-

Half of a chicken breast marinaded in Teryaki sauce.. chopped up into a small garden salad with carrots and broccoli.  Low fat Ginger dressing on the side.

30 minutes later 22 oz of water


My workout today was 2 miles on my treadmill at a 4 incline.  It took me 40 minutes. I also have 5 lbs weights I played around with while walking during that time. It was a work out that was casual but still produced the sweat and heart rate that's needed. :)

Congrats Deb on the brows.  I with you on the no more snow.  Hope we get our wish.
