Deb - was so glad to sign on this morning and see that you'd posted an "eyebrow report"  Wonderful!!!

Want to thank you for listing the ff syrup you used with your Fage.  I just ordered a whole bunch of exotic (exotic??? - well, uncommon is probably a better word) flavors and am having a ball.  Last nigh I mixed Fage with sf lime (I've found it is more flavorful if it has a little time to blend) and will have it for my afternoon snack when I get home from work.  I'm hoping it is going to taste like Key lime pie.   Am also experimenting with using different flavors with my hot oatmeal.  What fun I'm having (it takes so little to make me happy LOL)  Five years ago (that's before my surgery) I would never have believed I'd find hot oatmeal flavored with protein powder (didn't even know such a thing a thing as protein powder existed back then) and sf syrup would be a real treat.  I've come a long way and I celebrate taking that journey every day

The scales were kind this morning - down again.  It feels so good to be in my cushion zone - even if it is in the above-goal weight zone.

Hey Happy!
I've got such a collection syrups that there's times that I feel like a barista!  I'll have to try the lime, bet that would be good in a shake w/cheesecake pudding!
Yummy!

I'll let you know - hope it turns out as tasty as my peanut butter experiement with Fage.  Even changed my food yesterday (they came yesterday) and had hot oatmeal for dinner so I could try out my new sf brown sugar and cinnamon.  My next Fage experiment is going to be with Black Cherry.  Like the cheesecake pudding idea too.  Good thinking!!!!  Thanks

Happy, try PB2 in your oatmeal with your protein powder.  It is one of my favorites.

I have more than 2 dozen flavors of SF syrup and my favorites in my oatmeal are the butter rum, gingerbread, pumpkin and dulce de leche.  Oatmeal is a comfort food for me now.

Thanks, Goody - I'm having such fun trying my new flavors.  Thought brown sugar and cinnamon would be a real favorite, but find it too sweet.  My oatmeal has either blueberries or cranberries in it  - believe it or not choc with choc protein is good, use vanilla protein mostly with blueberry, carmel cinnamon, carmel, french vanilla, or macadamia nut flavors.  Didn't much care for butter rum - probably because mine isn't plain oatmeal.  My experiment with Fage 0% yogurt and lime was a wonderful success - not quite Key lime pie - but very very close.

Have a great, stress-free (sure it will be stress free LOL) day.

We also have a snow day, the kids are home. However I HAVE to get to fed ex today, so they're going with.

Breakfast was coffee w/ protien a small amount of brie and a few walnuts.
L  I don't have planned. Will probably have fresh fruit and a salad. (more walnuts. They satisfy my crunch need and help me feel full)
Dinner will either be chicken soup (simmered all day in the crock pot) or simular soup. I love soup when it's cold.

Scentsy Girl,
Congrats on getting to the gym.  Our health club also has the tv on all of their machines and I'm spoiled!  Now I can't use a machine if the tv is not working.  Spoiled, I know!
Keep up the good work!
