Good morning BOTTers!
Woke up to more snow..........please no more snow!!!!
Well I went yesterday and had my eyebrows done.  I don't know why I waited so long.  I love them!  It took about 2 hours and most of that time was deciding how much of an arch I wanted.  What a difference they make.  I feel like I can finally hold my head up without feeling worried about my eyebrows being wiped off.
I'll be working out this morning.  I've amped up my  workout hoping to get this weight off.  I'm losing inches but my weight is not going down.  My food plan:
Breakfast - fage
Snack - protein drink
Lunch - ricotta cheese bake
Snack - protein drink
Dinner - chicken w/veggies
Snack - fage
I hope that everyone has a great day!

Good morning Deb and fellow BOTT'ers!

I agree with you Deb. Enough of this snow! The only good thing about it is that I shoveled for a half an hour plus did my elliptical exercise before going to work.

Glad to hear that all went well with your eyebrows. That should pick up your spirits.

I, too feel like I am losing but it is not showing as much on the scale.

My food plan:

B - protein drink.

L - 3 oz. chicken with mixed green salad and balsamic vinegar.

D - turkey burger with california blend vegetables.

S - Lite & Fit Dannon Yogurt.

Need to do 5 more minutes on the elliptical after work. Vitamins for the day and water at least 6 glasses.

My labs came back and all my labs are normal. No vitamin deficiencies. YAY!!!!

Next week goal is to add another 5 minutes to my elliptical exercise - totaling 20 minutes a day 6 days a week. I'm getting there - soon to my routine!

Have a a great BOTT day everyone. We can do it together!

Hello all!
I introduced myself weeks ago and haven't really posted.
I am struggling so much to find it in me to follow the guidelines......
I gave away all of my clothes in a bigger size. I found myself gaining 5 -6 pounds and things are tight. So it is a wakeup call.
I am home today with kids becasue of blizzard in NJ.

Laura - YOU CAN DO THIS ----- WE CAN DO THIS TOGETHER   Use our Cafe and Cardio and BOTT 911 threads to help you get back/stay on track.  We all struggle from time to time so we sure know what you're saying.  Remember, you DO NOT have to want to do it, but you DO have to do it anyway.  Just like you expect your kids to mind you (whether they want to or not), now you have to "mind" yourself.  Hunger DOES NOT = emergeny.  You will not fall over dead if you do not give in to your craving.  (Watch how we act - not what we say when we are craving)   Plan your food - I know I have to plan my food at least 1 day ahead and it's better if I plan 2 or 3 days ahead, write down my plan - being sure it is within my calorie and carb limit (I get a lot of protein) and follow my plan whether I think I'm hungry or not.  Bet that would help you too.  I wish you well

Laura - the most unselfish thing you can do is to get your needs met first - you can't pour out of an empty pitcher - if you don't get your needs met, then you get so depleated you have nothing to give others.

Hi Laura,
I know that it seems to hard to follow the guidelines.  Why don't you try to take one step at a time and add to it as you begin to feel comfortable. We're here to cheer you on.cheer3od.gifPlease keep posting, it really does get easier.
