Toby - I'm 4+yrs post and I really have no idea.  I jus****ch my calories first, then carbs, always get plenty of protein without having to watch that, and then just let the other nutrients fall where they may.  Know this isn't the least bit helpful but didn't want you think you were being ignored.  If I were you, I'd give my surgeon/nutritionist a call and find out what they want you to have.

There isn't a quick answer to your question as to how many fat grams you should have. It depends on your activity level, how many calories you are eating daily, etc. on your personal cir****tances.

I would encourage you to call the dietician in your surgeon's office to talk with him or her, or better yet, go in for a quick check-in on your nutrition take at 4 years post-op.
