Having a good day.  Hope all is well with everyone. 
Vitamins, Water and Cardio completed.  Did new cardio program that I found in a 2007 Prevention Magazine pull out.
I plan to have salad and probably a protein drink or protein puddding with dinner but did not long it because not sure yet.

I got your message, but saw that the post was deleted.
I use Trader Joe's steel cut oatmeal, here are the stats for a 1/2 cup:
Calories       150
Fat               2.5
Total Carbs  27
Fiber              4
Sugar             1
Protein           5
I count net carbs on my complex carbs.  I count all carbs on "bad" carb foods.  ;)
