Good morning fellow BOTT'ers!

I survived the snowfall yesterday as it turned out not to be as much as projected.

I'm drinking a cup of hot cinnamon apple tea. Yummy!

B - Low fat Lorraine cheese with roasted red peppers and a white cheddar cheese rice cake.

L - 3 oz. fresh shrimps with a mixed green salad and balsamic vinegar.

D - turkey burger with California Blend vegetables..

S - Lite & Fit Dannon Yogurt

Vitamins for the day. Water at least 6 glasses.

Worked out already on the elliptical for 10 minutes and 5 remaining this afternoon. I sure can feel it in my thighs and legs. It must be working.

Have a great BOTT day. March is coming in less than a week. YAY, springtime is just around the corner.

Good Morning Bott Team !

I am back from Florida to the snowy Southwestern Michigan.  Boy was Florida beautiful.  This was the first time we have gone to a conference for my DH that we could have golfed in comfort on both of our free days, but alas, it wasn't to be, I can't golf for awhile yet, I was only given permission to walk for now.  And walk I did !  I walked around an outlet mall on the one day that my DH was in meetings, I was there about 3 hours, by then I was tired and went back to the hotel.  On Sunday when DH wasn't in any meetings we walked around Downtown Disney, enjoyed the nice weather and just did some window shopping.  It was so nice !  Then we fly back home to 8 inches of white stuff and DH had to get out the snowblower to clean up the driveway!  The dogs were so happy to see us I thought they were going to trample us.  It is hard on them when we leave them for any amount of time.

I ate pretty safely all weekend but today I am definetly going to be on track for the rest of this week !  I also need to boost by protein back up higher to help me heal some more.

Todays agenda

B - Applesauce and Yogurt
S - Doublel shot of Protein Drink
L - Applesauce & Double Protein Drink
S - Almonds
D - Chicken & Green beans and Applesauce
S - Applesauce

Cardi - Walking with WII

Have a safe day !

Good Morning! Like you Dreamgirl, I am feeling proud today that I stuck to the food plan 100% yesterday.  I slipped on some ice last night and made my back even worse and this morning I notice some huge bruises forming on both knees so I don't think I will attempt the treadmill today.  Just hope to get healed soon as we have a ski/snowmobile vacation planned in three weeks.

Morning again, BOTTers!

Well today isn't as track-y as yesterday, but I think I'm going to do just fine with the rest of the day. Someone in my office has a cake decorating class monday nights, so every tuesday morning she brings in her latest creation for everyone to eat. I withstood temptation last week, but this week I had a sliver. It wasn't huge, and although I did feel the sugar, I didn't dump HARD... just a little. It reminded me why I should not eat cake. It was tasty, though, and I hardly ever indulge like that on sweets. I don't really crave them often. So I'm going to take it for what it is and move on with my day.

I didn't get to the gym today, though, as my dinner party got moved up to TONIGHT, so I was clean clean cleaning this morning instead of getting to the gym. Not a good substitute, but I did work up a sweat, and I am fairly happy with how the house came out in the end. Even my hubby helpped without being asked. (It is his brother comming, after all!) I do feel some tender muscles from yesterday's work-out so I think taking a day off to recoup to full might be good anyhow. I just can't slip and not go tomorrow, which isn't a difficult goal.

Cardio - Cleaned up this morning, may Wii tonight

Food -
B - turkey taco meat and cheddar on joseph's flax wrap
S - About 2 oz cake
L - Egg and cheese on wheat toast
S - Chicken breast with onions and garlic (I have shrimp pad thai if I find myself starving, but I think I'm going to hold off)
D - Sausage and meatballs with spaghetti (Love my crock pot)

Hey Happy, I know you are the nuke queen, but do you own/ever use a crock pot? Its very easy, requires little to no set-up or prep work most of the time, and dinner's ready for you when you get home.
