Thanks for the support. I think coming here will make me mor responsible for my decisions. I kind of dropped off in my OH participation there for a while.

I really just need to get past a bump of stress, and cut back. I don't know if I can ever compleatly kick that sugar monster, but cutting back is helping. This morning I weighed in at 154 so the house cleaning and dancing is helping a little. Today when I clean the kitchen I think I'm going to toss out some of those baddies I've been stashing.

I also quit smoking 2 months ago, and I know that there;s a weight thing that goes hand in hand with that. I found something that's helping (I use an electronic cigarette and vape my nicotine w/o any of the carcinogens I WAS getting.) deal with the hand to mouth urge. Also crocheitng baby stuff for two preggo ladies in my life to keep these snack happy hands busy.

I TRULY appriciate this group. It's good to know I'm not the only one having issues.

I am exactly in the same place. No loosing , no gaining. I consider that a good thing but weigh daily hoping it will go down. My problem is consistency. i can usually only be good a couple days as well.

we had snow for 1 day. It was great.  Hang in there.

Tiny Tutu - Just had to write and share this with you.  One of the first jokes I learned to tell (and I thought it was outrageously funny at that age) was:

Why did the elephant wear a tutu? 

Because she was too big for a one-one.

Kids will laugh at anything.  Hope this brings you a grin.
