BOTT works great!!
Last week I managed to maintain my weight during the salty cravings - which surprised me! This week I'm down 2 more pounds for a total of 24 pounds!! I realized that I needed to get more active. So...I upped my visits to Curves to 4 times a week, and I started to spring clean the house! I get plenty of exercise washing walls, up and down on the short ladder, taking down curtains, washing throw rugs, etc. Now I'm wondering should I repaint the kitchen? More exercise if I do!!
I do have a question for the group - can anyone suggest a cold medicine and/or cough medicine/cough drops which don't have a lot of extra calories in them, ie. sugar? The boxes really don't give calorie counts. I caught my latest cold from the granddaughters - they love to share! It's hard to stay BOTT when breathing is hard, so that makes exercising harder and the extra calories from the medicine which I can't count and add in to the total each day. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Don't have a suggestion for cold remedies (though I think I have seen some cough drops that say no calories - but I'm not sure about that) I'd say though, take whatever you need to to get rid of the symptoms, whatever you spend in calories you will make up in being able to function better. One does get addicted to breathing LOL
