Good Saturday Morning BOTT Family...

No time to lay around this morning.  You know all that running around I had planned to do yesterday?  Well, it didn't happen.  I had my Protein Shake while I watched the news, made out my shopping list separated by the stores I needed to stop in... and filled out my deposit slips for the bank.  I went out in the driveway and started the car...came back in the house and not only did I get distracted, I decided I didn't feel like going to the store right then...so I went back to bed.  Did I mention I left the car running in the driveway for almost 2 hours!  Needless to say when I came out and was ready to run my errants the car was nice & warm!  I didn't finish my running yesterday so I'm up and OUT!

Dreamgirl,
It's so nice to relax, I'm glad that you grabbed that opportunity!  It's been an extremely busy day so far.  Now I know why we decided to have our kids early in life.  Getting up with a 4 wk. old every three hours is rough!  It's good to know that I'll be able to catch up on sleep when they leave tomorrow.  My food plan:
Breakfast @ 4:00 - 1/2 c. fage w/kashi go lean
Snack @ 8:00 - healthy life english muffin w/fruit
Lunch - ham and cheese roll-up
Snack - veggies w/fage dip
Dinner - ham w/veggies and salad
Snack - protein drink
Snack - protein drink
There will probably a lot more "smart" snacking through out the night...
I hope that everyone has a great day!
