Good Morning and Happy Monday to everyone. We got tons of snow over the weekend and I didn't get to enjoy it once, just too much running around and family stuff to do. I was planning on some skiing this weekend, but my daughter called this morning and needs me to take the grandbaby so she can attend a training for work, no complaints here, I LOVE having the baby. Todays plan:
Cardio: Not today, pulled something in my back this morning, can barely walk
Food:
B-Kashi Go Lean w/light soy milk, greek yogurt
S-Turkey & cheese roll-ups
L-Tuna on low carb wrap, fresh veggies
S-Cottage Cheese
D-Tacos
1344 Calories, 116 Carbs, 31 Fiber, 38 Fat, 143 Protein

I'm still fighting this horrible sinus infection and bronchitis. I am starting to feel better but not enough to get back to exercising. So, here's my food:

Today was cold after having two wonderful springlike days Friday and Saturday. Sunday was pretty nice too except for a little stress and stressful eating. I am coming back around. Hope all of you continue to do well.
I took my vitamins, did a little strength training and drank my water.
