Back On Track Together
Cardio & Cafe Monday
Good morning fellow BOTT'ers!
This week I lost 3 pounds and am thrilled!
Here's today's plan:
B - Kashi Go Lean cereal with 1/2 cup blueberries and 1/2 cup skim milk.
L - 3 oz. chicken strips, mixed green salad with balsamic vinegar
D - Vegetarian chili with soy meatballs.
S - Lite & Lively Dannon Yogurt.
Daily vitamins and water intake,
15 minutes on the elliptical. 10 minutes done this morning. 5 to go after work. Did 30 minutes of snowshoveling this morning - this is the heavy watery snow; better known as heart attack snow. So, I was careful.
Have a great and safe BOTT day everyone.
Lucy

Hey all!
Back in action and loving every second of it. I feel alert and alive and the sun is shining! I had a great weekend, and now with internet, laptop and parents moved OUT, I'm free to get BOTTing and finally LOSE THIS WEIGHT. And man do I need it. I've started hitting the gym in the mornings again, since they just opened a new Planet Fitness in the next town over. I find it much harder to make an excuse when the gym isn't so out of the way for me anymore. Not to mention there's a starbucks in the same plaza. Sure its a strange bit of motivation, but there it is.
I also have found my freedom from food. Amazing, as it is, I actually didn't eat when hunger struck instantly. I had the opprotunity to do it, and said "no. Its not an emergency and I need to get what I'm doing right now done.".... So I put off eating. An hour. Two hours. Three hours. By hour 4, I was getting a bit light headed, so I ate. Then turns out I ate too much and got a hideous stomach ache. Since then, I've not felt hungry, I have no desire for food. I hope it sticks for a little while, long enough to implement some good habits.
Cardio - Gym, legs and core and stretching
Food -
B - 1/2 egg and cheese on wheat toast
S - Other half
L - Chicken, lentil and roasted garlic and onion soup
S - Chicken breast
D - Turkey tacos on Joseph's flax wraps

Good morning!
I got back into town last night from a trip to the midwest. I am happy to say that I was able to stay on track, even when the options weren't there...managed portions, putting protein first, fluids and lots of walking. Ran into problems when eating chicken two different times: it got stuck. Ugh. But, it resolved itself over time, and I am going to stay away from chicken for awhile unless it is in a soup or something so I can be sure it is really, really moist.
Today:
Exercise: Day off
Food:
B: Protein shake
L: Soup and salad
S: Protein shake
D: Greek yogurt
S: Protein pudding pie
I hope everyone has a wonderful day! :)

WOW, Cindy - I'm so proud of you!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I find chicken often gives me a hard time - it doesn't seem to be how moist it is but I tend to take too big of a bite - I have to take tiny tiny bites of chicken, but since I love it, I keep tryiing to eat it right. Sure does hurt when I don't though One would think I would learn after a time or two - well, all I can say is I must be a very very slow learner
Again, you are awesome.
