Hello BOTT Family!

TGIF!  What a fantastic and interesting week, and the best thing of all is we didn't get enough SNOW to snezze at!   I had a great day yesterday, even felt a little light when I got on the scale this morning.  I hope everyone had a productive day yesterday and an intersting week. 

Have a lot of running around to do before work today so I thought I'd start this thread to keep me accountable.  Let's keep it up as we approach the weekend!

My Goals for today:

Exercise - another round of Tae Bo
                   Treadmill 30 mins.
Vitamins & Meds
Water - Crystal Light - Herbal Tea
Journal
A moment in my prayer corner

Food Plan:
EM - Chocolate Protein Shake
B-     Oatmeal w/Protein
S -    ??
L -     Tuna w/ tossed salad & LF Italian dressing
S -     Jalapeno Pretzels
D -    Grilled Tilapia & tossed salad
S -    Chocolate Protein Shake

Good morning Dreamgirl and fellow BOTT'ers!

YAY, it's Friday. Tomorrow is scale day at weigh****chers. I know I lost because I was at my surgeon's office yesterday.

B - hard boiled egg with 1/2 cup cottage cheese, 1 cherry tomato and 2 radishes.

L - 1 packe****er packed tuna
     Mixed green salad with balsamic vinegar

D - salmon filet
     California Blend vegetables

S - Dannon Lite & Fit Yogurt

Exercised this morning on the elliptical and will finish part two this afternoon.

Vitamins and water for the day.

YAY, it feels so good to be BOTT. It's going to take some time to get this regain off, but the rewards are plentiful.

Scales went up a tiny bit this morning - contacted my wholeistic nutritionist and am picking up some lymphatic enzymes this evening afterwork as I've reasoned out the fluction in my weight is most likely due to retaining some fluid from my thigh surgery.

Good morning Dream and Botters!
I've been busy, I'm going to have my two granddaughters this weekend. It's been a very long time since I had a month old and a 2 yr. old for a long weekend! I'm sure that I'll get in enough cardio!
My eyebrow consultation went very well. She experimented with different "styles" and colors that would be best and we took lots of pictures. She wanted me to take a few days to decide, since this is permanent. I'm sooo excited!
My food plan for today:
Breakfast - 1/2c. steel cut oatmeal
Snack - protein drink
Lunch - ricotta bake
Snack - fresh veggies w/fage ranch dip
Dinner - cheese enchillatas w/beans
Snack - apple pieces baked in wonton wrap

Deb - I'm excited with you.  You'll be our "Glam Queen".  How long do you have to "think about it" before she will do it?  (My patience deficiency is showing here LOL)

I know...  I told that I wanted it done ASAP and she said "Oh no, this is a big decision".  I've had her card next to the phone, waiting to call and set up the appointment!  I'm planning on getting it done on Tues or Wed of next week.
