Edit, I need to add applesauce on here, I will eat applesauce 4 times today becuase my antibiotics are capsule form and the pharmacist said I could break them open but they would taste awful (confirmed) but to put it in applesauce.  Didn't have applesauce last night so tried peanut butter, not good.  This morning DH went to the store and got me applesauce, yum, that worked so adding that to list.

Have already walked one round on my path in the hospital and climbed one flight of stairs.  Will repeat that if I can but I have a full patient load today so don't know how time will play out.

Good morning fellow BOTT'ers.

I already finished my exercise for today on the elliptical. Vitamins and water started too.

B - 2 slices lo fat Lorraine cheese on a white cheddar rice cake with roasted red pepper.

L - depends as I am at a conference, if not pouch friendly, then I have tuna fish and mixed green salad.

D - salmon fillet with radishes, cucumber and tomato.

S - Dannon Light & Lively yogurt.

Good morning BOTTers!
I have an exciting day ahead!  I'm finally getting a consultation on having my eyebrows done with permanent makeup!  Hopefully if all goes well, I'll have it done on Friday.  It's such a big deal for me because I'll be able to workout and swim and not have to worry about my "drawn on" eyebrows coming off.  It's sooo embarrassing!  I'll be working out later this afternoon.  My food plan for today:
Breakfast - 1/2 c. steel-cut oatmeal
Snack - protein drink
Lunch - ricotta cheese
Snack - celery w/pb2
Dinner - cheese quesadillas(sp?)
Snack - fage w/sauteed apples
I hope that everyone has a great day!

My SIL had eyebrows put on about 5 years ago, she had to draw them on for years.  They look great !

Oh my gosh Deb...I draw mine on also.  I have eyebrows but I shave them off because I like
to ache mine just a little higher.

Hey Sally and BOTTer Buddies,

Still sick! Still impatient! Ugh! My doctor is going to change my antibiotics. I have been coughing so hard and so often that my sides and rib area hurt even when I move around.

Thanks for listening to me whine!

My food for today:

Chicken breast meat, veggies in chicken broth soup (my own person concoction).
Fit 365 chocolate Protein Drink w/sf caramel syrup and ice.
Turkey sandwich with honey mustard and 2 slices Sara Lee thin bread
Chicken soup (see above)
Cinnamon Toast Pretzels

Power Crunch bar
