Back On Track Together
Back on track and need some support!
I am almost 3 years post-op and never got down to my goal weight. I had a baby before I got to my goal a year ago. Now, I am back on track and am really excited to see this support group available. I've been at it for 2 weeks now and have lost 3 pounds. Are there any new moms out there?
Welcome to our BOTT (Back On Track Together) group. It is a wonderful group. The members of this group are unlike any I've ever been a part of.
Congratulations on the 3 pounds in 2 weeks. That is great!! Keep going.
Again, welcome to BOTT! You'll see that I say "BOTT POWER" a lot. I do that because, to me, personally BOTT has changed my life. I quit procrastinating on a long-term goal, committed here on BOTT and reach my goal for my formal accreditation as a coach. There are so many things I've succeeded and accomplished because of BOTT.

I talked to a trainer,and she recommended increasing my calories to 1500 and working out at least 30 min. for 5 days. So far,I've lost 3 lbs. in 2 weeks. Should I be losing more ?
first, let me say WELCOME You've sure come to the right place. I hope you find this site as helpful as I have. I haven't a doubt that I would never have been able to get back/stay on track without their caring, understanding, support and help.

Please let us know how we can be of help to you - don't be shy We've all been where you are (maybe not new mothers right now - I'm an old grandmother LOL) but we've all gotten off track or we wouldn't be here. If you're comfortable, please post often and allow us to share your journey.
