So glad!

Thank you for this group.  I am so glad I found it. 
I had my surgery 15 months ago and so far I have not gained any weight back, but I know I am letting the sweets and carbs consume me again.  So I know it could be a matter of time before I start gaining again.

I can't wait to see the wisdom of what others have to say.
