Tuesday - BOTT Cafe and Cardio
Hi BOTTers,
I am still sick so no cardio for me for today. I miss it. It feels very uncomfortable to not be able to do my regular routine. I know it can be a slippery slope for me as far as being sick and not working out.
Here's my food for today:
Chicken broth (lots) with chicken breast, carrots and celery
Turkey breast sandwich with honey mustard sandwich and thin sliced bread
Cinnamon Toast pretzels
Blueberries
Chicken broth again
Tilapia with brocolli
Power Crunch bar
BOTT POWER!!

Breakfast - 1/2 c. steel cut oatmeal
Snack - 1/2 protein drink
Lunch - turkey and cheese roll
Snack - veggies w/fage dip
Dinner - chicken w/veggies
Snack - fage w/sauteed apple

Good Morning everyone! Hope you feeling better soon Cathy, no fun when you don't feel 100%. Just waiting for some snow so we can hit the slopes this weekend. Booked a trip to Jackson Hole over spring break for some skiing, snowmobiling and relaxation. Plan for today:
Cardio: Did 30 Minutes Free-Step on the Wii this morning, 30 Minutes of Biggest Loser planned after work
Food:
B-Low carb tortilla w/Egg Beaters, pesto & mozz. cheese
L-Leftover BBQ beef casserole
D-More leftovers, green beans

Morning Cathy and everyone!
What a whirlwind its been the last few weeks. I know I haven't been posting, I also know I haven't been behaving. that's all changing now that my kitchen is completed. I made myself an awesome healthy lunch, using my FOOD SCALE, and plan to do laps in the building at work since its snowing. So far, so good. But I find I am kind of hungry and while raw veggies normally tide me over, they're not doing it for me today, so I'm supplimenting with a fiber bar.

B - 2 oz Kashi go lean and 4 oz milk.
S - Fiber Plus dark choco and almond bar, 5 baby carrots
L - 2 cups salad, 3 oz chicken w/ honey balsamic
S - Carrots and celery
D - Left over Cal/Tex casserole

Hi All !
Late today, had to get up early and get to work so I could leave to go to the Dr's late morning. Got all my stitches out ! ! Last drain out ! ! ! Don't have to wear arm bands anymore but now I have the tummy one instead. I can start some walking on Thursday! It was kinda humorous, to me anyway, when the nurse looked at me and said, your face looks thinner are you feeling ok, I think you have dropped some weight, me, I said "Thank You". She just laughed, I told her I did feel fine, and haven't dropped any unnecessary weight (all weight lost yet is still necessary . I do have to take antibiotics because of some infection on some of the suture lines but that is fine. I really am feeling great.
So today's unplanned plan:
b - banana & boiled egg
S - protein drink
L - Peanut butter on 1 slice wheat bread
S - Protein drink
D - Making hubby take me out to celebrate (ok, so I just don't want Chili for the third day in a row)
Cardio - non

Well I am new to this. I have not posted my food on other sites I have been on. I have been sick and am trying to get myself back into the scheme of things with cardio and eating right. Thank goodness for steroid shots and z-packs. It took me a month but I feel I am finally becoming human again.

Pure Protein Chocolate Chip Bar
Chargrilled Chick-Fil-a Salad with yucky light Italian dressing (I'm picky)
South Beach Protein Bar
Mexican Casserole with greek yogurt topping
I'm not sure yet about this evening snack (maybe greek yogurt ice cream I made last night.)
Oh, yeah I messed up once and had 3 tiny Famous Amos cookies. But I sealed up the bag after that so I guess that is a start. I was going to try to have a very low carb day to get myself to quit craving them.
